Corwin Boake, PhD MP
Corwin Boake is a Medical Psychologist and board certified Neuropsychologist who practices in Texas and Louisiana. As a Medical Psychologist he provides integrated treatment, combining psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, in collaboration with the patient’s physician.

Dr. Boake earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Louisville and completed postdoctoral training at University of Houston and New York University Medical Center. He is certified in clinical neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology, licensed in Louisiana and Texas, is a fellow of the American Psychological Association, and has served in the leadership of professional psychology organizations.
